As part of our
ongoing land management program, we have and continue to work with Frank and Ed Camilletti to develop and
update, as appropriate, surface use and subsidence agreements covering the Camilletti lands affected by our
mining and related operations. In the course of developing and updating these agreements, the Camilletti's have
been provided with maps showing our planned mining operations and surface development activities, and we
have had numerous meetings with the Camilletti's to explain our active and planned mining operations,
including planned and potential surface disturbance and subsidence effects. Attached are copies of
correspondence and agreements documenting our ongoing contacts and discussions of active and planned
operations with the Camilletti's. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Best regards,
Jerry on
Enviro n 1 Manager
