I have reviewed the responses submitted by Environmental Alternatives Inc. for the
proposed Northfield Mine on November 5, 2007. The questions I looked at are listed
below.
21. Response accepted.
24. Response accepted.
25. Response accepted.
26. Response accepted. The proposed post mining land use is rangeland which is
consistent with the pre-mining land use. A woody plant density standard is not
required for rangeland.
26a. Response accepted.
29. The response is acceptable except there is a typographical error in the second
paragraph on page 2.05.4-15. The rule references should be 4.15.11 (2)(b) and
4.15.11 (2)(c) instead of 4.15.10.
