(Please note attached drawing that reflects previous disturbance
by the former operator.) In conjunction with this previous disturbance, approx-
imately three acres have been mined (cleaned up), regraded and topsoiled. Some
of this reclaimed and topsoiled area is presently supporting vegetation.
It is anticipated that the present acreage being mined will be sufficient to sustain
our aggregate needs for the forthcoming 1987 season and additional disturbance
is not contemplated at this time. Further, in 1987, it is anticipated that additional
acreage will be graded and topsoiled at the conclusion of the various stages of
the mining activitiy.
Please refer to the enclosed map for locations of the mining activity, including
equipment, stockpiles, present mining and retopsoiled areas.
Please also find enclosed our check for $350.00 for the annual renewal fee.
Should you have any questions or require any further information, please advise.
Yours truly,
ASPHALT PAVI CO.
~f~c ~~ ~~~ 0/i
Sprague M Ma er
Vice President
SMM/bj
