Economic condititons in the Denver <br />were such that we mined less area than we expected last year. <br />Mining comtinued in Stage II. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) No new acerage was disturbed during the 1981-1982 <br />mining year. 1Ve continued to mine in Stage II <br />as outlined in the original application. The <br />area in yellow delineates the area mined last <br />year. Please see the Annual Report Map <br />enclosed. <br />(2) Backfilling continued in Stage I. No other <br />reclamation was preformed this year. <br />(3) Approximately 1.91 acres was backfilled this <br />year. <br />(4) Not applicable. <br />(5) Not applicable. <br />(6) Not applicable. <br />(7) Mining will continue in Stage II next year. we <br />expect to disturb approximately 3.77 acres. <br />See the attached map for location. <br />1 <br />
