The report is in compliance with this rule. See the table below. A statement in the report
<br />indicates that the range of data was adequate to capture the peak runoff volumes in Trout Creek.
<br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii) If required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and
<br />identification of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance.
<br />The Division has made no such requirement, but interpretations are presented. Trends in surface
<br />and ground water quality aze discussed, and there is a summary statement that all values for TDS
<br />are consistent with the probable hydrologic consequences projections (page 11 of the report). See
<br />the discussion below under Probable Hydrologic Consequences.
