This letter should clarify the discrepancies and also requires some <br />correction of information submitted by Blasting and Mining, Inc. <br />Question no. 2 on the report form asks if the mine has been granted temporary cessation (TCI status. <br />TC is for mines that have been inactive for over.180 days. Since this operation is currently active, <br />and a notice of TC has not been submitted, the operation does not have TC status. If, in the future, <br />this operation should be idle for over 180 days, a notice of TC should be submitted as per Rule <br />1 .1 3.5. <br />Question no. 6 is designed to get information on the entire reclamation performed to date at the site, <br />not just during the past year. Pease fill in all blanks with the correct acreage in each stage of <br />reclamation for the entire permit area. <br />Please be sure to fill out all future annual report forms accurately and completely. These reports will <br />be reviewed and will be used to determine compliance with the rules and phased reclamation plans. <br />A copy of the above mentioned annual report is enclosed.
