He specializes in mine permitting strategies, permitting feasibility studies, public <br />information meetings, regulatory agency negotiations and coordinating multiple specialized <br />subconsultants for successful permitting of mine projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. He <br />also has conducted numerous geologic, hydrogeologic, and regulatory compliance investigations for <br />hazardous waste sites and sanitary landfills. Examples of Mr. Banks' project experience follow. <br />' Mine Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: <br />Mr. Banks specializes in permitting, zoning and land use approvals for large projects. He has been a <br />' regulator (Jefferson County Geologist, Jefferson County, Colorado) and industry consultant.
