<br />He is qualified as an expert witness in acoustics and has presented
<br />testimony in court, at public hearings and to county commissioners.
<br />He uses programs including AcoustaCADD (interfaces with AutoCAD
<br />10), STAMINA 2.0 (FHWA traffic noise analysis), and INM Version 3
<br />for computer analysis and modeling.
<br />Testing experience includes seismic qualification for components of
<br />nuclear facilities, vibration isolation for commercial manufactur-
<br />ing, and vibration/shock tests for military missile systems.
<br />Previous experience includes: Supervisor, Acoustics Laboratory,
<br />Martin Company, Denver; responsible for testing of Viking and
<br />Skylab spacecraft (1969-73 & 1958-65). Acoustical and Vibration
<br />Applications Engineer, Honeywell, Test Instrument Division, Denver
<br />(1965-69). Supervisor, Ford Motor Company, Automotive Sound and
<br />Vibration Laboratory (1954-58).
