The Division has two adequacy review questions. Both questions aze based upon the <br />requirement in Rule 2.04.13 that the annual reclamation report include a map. <br />Please provide a map that shows the location of the 0.4 acres disturbed in 1999, as <br />required in Rule 2.04.13(1)(b). <br />2.
