This pit HAS NOT been <br />granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. Please refer to the attached Annual Report Map <br />for the areas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations <br />and the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, mining continued in <br />LAKE MARJORIE, the lake area east of the Lowline Ditch. All <br />water surface areas are colored blue on the map. The plant <br />site remains at 8.71 acres ±. The temporary sand stockpiles <br />remain on the LAKE ROBERT and LAKE MARJORIE areas, 'these <br />piles are still being used. We removed materials stockpiled <br />in past years that were lora+.ed w.±thin *_h~ Plant S=te area <br />and partially mined a section in the northern part ~~f LAKE <br />MARJORIE that was partially stripped in the past.
