All semi-annual and quarterly reports have been properly <br />submitted for the appropriate monument and relative areas. <br />2. The data all fall within the predicted and observed <br />subsidence levels as depicted in the permit and Exhibit 23. <br />3. The introduction, discussion and conclusion meet all <br />subsidence report objectives as outlined in Stipulation 11 that was <br />incorporated into the permit. <br />4. Field survey data appears to be congruent since last <br />report, with all monuments showing consistent and reliable data. <br />5. The cross sectional maps for the high-resolution grid <br />monuments numbered i through 23 have been properly submitted. <br />Thank you for your prompt report submittal.
