Aggregate, Inc. expects to mine deeper on the lake areas this year. If additional stripping is done the topsoil will be saved and stockpiled along the perimeter of the pit so it can be used for reclamation. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the site to resoil the disturbed areas to the prescribed depth. The river banks along the west and north sides have moved into the 100 foot setbacks estab- lished when mining began along those sides . Approximately 2 . 19 acres has been removed from the minable area (pink) . We are currently working with Urban Drainage and Adams County to reestablish the river to it's original location and armor the banks to further protect the site. It may take some time to complete this work, we will keep the Division informed as we progress with this project. (4 ) The are the south shore of the lake will be seeded with the approved seed mix this year. Reclamation will continue on the lake shores that have reached their final configuration.
