1998 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT REVIEW <br />Recommendations for treating low diversity permanent reclamation azeas should be made <br />somewhat more specific with respect to sites, herbicide, grazing, and/or seeding <br />treatments and rates, and time frames, and these retreatment plans should be incorporated <br />into the revegetation plan section of the permit. <br />2. Additional detail regarding use of "Oust" herbicide for cheatgrass control and suppression <br />of aggressive introduced wheatgrasses should be provided, with respect to treatment sites, <br />timing, application rates, etc. <br />Recommended reduction in mulch application rate would need to be addressed in the <br />revegetation plan section of the permit. Refer to April 19, 1999, renewal adequacy review <br />letter regarding proposed use of subsoil as topsoil. <br />
