Memll Drive Natural Resource Trustee <br />Pueblo West, Colorado 81007 <br />RE: t Run Gravel Pit, New 112 Application, Permit No. -2007-069; Adequacy <br />eview Additional Information Requested <br />Dear Mr. Gagliano, <br />Listed below are the additional items and information we requested in order to complete our <br />adequacy review on the Pheasant Run Gravel Pit, New 112 Application, Permit No. M-2007- <br />069. The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) is required to make an <br />approval or denial decision no later than December 28, 2007, therefore, your response to the <br />following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible. <br />Your response should include two (2) copies. Any public comments that we receive on your <br />application during the interim will be forwarded to you. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D- Mining Plan <br />1. Maps provided illustrate the proposed installation of a portable bridge. Please provide the <br />following details regarding the proposed bridge: <br />a. What is the nature of the structure -its structural integrity, weight <br />limitations, etc.? <br />b. Will there be permanent structures (e.g. a foundation), or is it to be in <br />place temporarily? <br />c. The bridge appears in the Reclamation Plan Map. Is this structure to <br />remain in place after reclamation activities are completed? <br />d. Please explain the impact of this structure on the function of the High Line <br />Canal. <br />e. Is this structure considered included in the mine's affected area and permit <br />boundaries? <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan <br />2.
