Starting with this sampling event, <br />a new sample labelling system has been instituted. Table 1 <br />provides a cross-reference between sample ID numbers and physical <br />monitoring points. <br />The samples collected during this time frame were from monitoring <br />wells M-9, M-12 and M-13, and surface water station RS-5, as well <br />as the five process points. The sample labeled "BFRB" is a rinse <br />blank sample. <br />At the time of the sampling event, wells M-2, M-6, M-7 and M-8 were <br />dry. No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols were noted <br />for any of these samples. <br />As a preface to Core Laboratories' analytical report, they report <br />that the cadmium and zinc numbers on sample 921026Bd9G-03 had <br />dissolved values which were greater than total values. Core <br />Laboratories re-analyzed these samples and obtained the same <br />
