Activities at the <br /> site consisted of processing 147,000 tons of the previously mined pit run leaving a <br /> remaining stockpile of 230,000 tons. Processed materials totaling 100,000 tons were sold <br /> with 49,000 tons in stockpile. The stockpile area for processed materials has expanded to <br /> the south by 1 acre. Reclamation performed included moving some of the stockpiled topsoil <br /> and creating a 3:1 slope along the east side of the area mined in previous Years. The <br /> topsoil remaining was sloped to prevent erosion. No specific reclamation work is planned _ <br /> for the coming year. When mining in a particular area is completed, reclamation work is <br /> done, as was the case with the east side of the mined area.
