As outlined iri TR-010, <br />daily samples of the tailings pond and the collection pond are <br />analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies a simple monthly average for <br />regulating pond compliance. The May averages are as follows: <br />Tailings Pond 0.31 ppm CN-wad, 0.60 ppm CN-total <br />Collection Pond 0.46 ppm CN-wad, 0.71 ppm CN-total <br />The May simple averages show compliance with our permit standards of <br />3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
