Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 4.1(2), on November 14, 2007, the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board considered the approval decision of the Bellgardt Pit application and <br />affirmed the approval of the application. Therefore, the Division is preparing to issue the permit <br />and will forward documents for the issued permit under separate mailing. Congratulations on <br />successfully completing the permit application process. <br />Upon receipt of the permit documents, the Operator is encouraged to submit application for <br />transfer of the permit for Western Gravel, Inc., as successor Operator. The requirements for <br />transfer of permit and succession of operator are listed under Rule 1.12. The Board approved <br />application form is available on the Division's web site at www.mininp.state.co.us . <br />The new permit, M-2006-032, incorporates lands previously permitted and bonded under M- <br />1977-085. However, permit M-1977-085 will remain active until it is terminated. Should the <br />Operator desire to eliminate the redundant permit requirements, please submit a request for full <br />release of warranties and termination of M-1977-085.
