Responses to the Division's questions may raise other issues that <br />need additional information to resolve. Energy Fuels needs to submit responses to the Division's review <br />no later than December 14, 2007 in order to ensure adequate time for staff review prior to the decision <br />date. <br />The Decision Date is currently December 24th, 2007.
