The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submitted to the Division by April l <br />following closure of the report yeaz (Permit, page 4.05-1 I ). The report was received in the Division <br />on Ivlarch 2, 1999, with an amendment received March 5, 1999. <br />Rule 4.OS.ld(9)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />The report is incompliance with this rule with the permitted exception that water quantity data was <br />submitted by calendar year in-lieu-of water year (Permit, page 4.0~-11). <br />Rule ~.O~.ld(q)(c)(ii): Water quality data obrainedfrom each monitoring sire during the water year; <br />and <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with the permitted exception that water quality data was <br />submitted by calendar year in-lieu-of water year (Permit, page 4.05-11). <br />Rule 4.0~.1~(4)(c)(iii): lJ required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and <br />identification oJmining related impacts to the hvdrologic balance. <br />The rzport is in compliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the <br />data, but summary statements are made in the report that data suggests there is no impact from <br />• Colowyo minin_s operations on the quantity or quality of surface or groundwater. <br />
