M-77-098 MINED Li~t.J <br />Sievers Ranch Pit - Garfield County RECLAMATION DIVISION <br />The anniversary date of this permit is June 30, 1986. The <br />mine was operated by Western Sand and Gravel, Inc. until Nov. 30, <br />1986. Mobile Pre-Mix, Company took over the lease on December 1, <br />1986 and will commence operation sometime in the next year. Mobile <br />Pre-Mix, Company has posted a replacement bond with the Division <br />on March 5, 1987. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions <br />as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) Mining continued in Stage I as approved in the application. <br />Western mined and processed small portion of the southwest <br />face of level 1 and continued to remove stockpiled material <br />processed in previous years. Stage P is being used as <br />an equipment storage area and plant site. Mobile Pre-Mix will <br />continue where western left off on level 1 of Stage I. <br />When that is complete they will start mining the second <br />level os Stage I. No new land will be disturbed because <br />the mining will be confined to Stage I as approved in <br />the application. <br />1 <br />
