Material stockpiles and miscellaneous <br />equipment remain within the north-central area of the project, while sales of processed material and the <br />reclamation phase of mining activity continues. <br />Reclamation activity completed in 2004 included grading and sloping along the north boundary of Phase <br />2. Backfilling and sloping of the peninsulaz feature in the Phase 2 azea was also completed in 2004. <br />Dewatering of Phase 2 ceased in 2004, allowing the Phase 2 pond area to begin filling with groundwater. <br />All upland azeas of Phase 2 were seeded with a cover crop in 2004. Additional seeding of theses azeas is <br />projected for 2005. <br />Phase 1 reclamation activity included backfilling additional azea along the north boundary.
