Lone <br />Division Dneno~ <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Orion Pit, File No. A1.94-115 <br />Dear Mr. Kinney: <br />On June 3, 1997, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Orion Pit, which is located in Montezuma County. All comment and review periods began <br />on June 3, 1997. The decision date for your application is scheduled for September 1, 1997. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the loclity of <br />the proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first publication. <br />mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within <br />200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof oC notice and mailings, such az Certified Mail -Return Receipt <br />Requested, must be submi«ed to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date.
