No.: Pond #3 (Water Storage) <br />Inspection Period: 4-qtr 2000 <br />Inspection Date: 10-Nov-00 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located west of the main facilities area and adjacent to the refuse disposal area. <br />The pond is partially incised with approximately 3:1 interior and exterior side slopes. The pond <br />interior is hypalon lined and the perimeter is fenced. Water level is manually controlled by the <br />operator. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2).
