Rick returned my earlier voice mail regarding the 1995 Reclamation Report. He explained <br />that the CEC work required by the Permit regarding the AMOCO pipeline had not been done (ditches and <br />pond). The 1995 work described in the Report is actually not required by the Permit. <br />He is going to send in a request for extension on the 1996 Reclamation Report if there is no language in the <br />permit that aRers the 15 February requirement of Rule 2.04.13(1).
