Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A lrydrologic report shall be submitted to the Dfvision annually wit{: the date
of submittal deternlirred in consuhption with the perniittee. The amtual lrydrologic report shell
contain nt n minimum:
The report is incompliance with this rule. The report was received in [he Division of Minerals and
Geology (Division) on February 12, 2001. It is a letter report, J. E. Stover & Associates, February
7,2001. The report is to be submittal by March 30th [Permit Application Package (PAP) page 2-122].
Rule 4.05.13(4)(e)(i): Water yum2tiry data obtained from each monitoring site during the water
year;
The report states that there was no discharge from the sediment pond. The report is submitted for a
calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 4-86). Copies of Colorado Discharge Monitoring
Reports (CDMR) were not included in the report.
Rule 4.05.14(4)(e)(u): Water quality data obtained from each ronitoring site during the water year;
and
The report states that there was no discharge from the sedimentation pond. The report is submitted
for [he calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 2-122), No CDMRs were included in the
report.
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(iii): /f required by dte Division, a written iruerprelatiort of the data and
identification of mining related impacts to die hydrologic balance.
The report is incompliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the data.
The PAP (page 4-86) requires comments on the sediment pond discharges, water consumption, and
ircigation of the reclaimed site. The report is incompliance with these permit requirements.
