Additionally, the E-470 <br />Authority has taken approx: 6 acres of the pit for highway right-of-----way. <br />The E-470 take has been completed and a settlement agreement has been reached. As part of <br />Braman-E-470 settlement, we have acquired the Ellen property which is an unmined 16 acre <br />parcel as noted on the attached map. This parcel is land locked by pit 29 and the new E-470 <br />highway.
