RECEIVED <br />Permittee Name: <br />Lincoln County <br />to o y 200 <br />Permit Number: <br />Operation Name: <br />Anniversary Date: <br />Annual Report: <br />M-1984-185 <br />EIGs Allen Pit <br />February 28, 2007 <br />~,,,~~wn of rteciamauon, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Phis streambed and clay pit extraction operation is in the early stages of reclamation. <br />Previously, material was dozed out of the creek bed and up onto the south side of the <br />channel where it was stockpiled to be loaded onto trucks for road maintenance. The <br />small azea on the northwest side of the pit is where clay was mined, to be used as a binder <br />when applied to the roads with the sand and gravel extracted from the river channel. <br />Lincoln County no longer extracts material from the streambed and the clay portion of <br />the pit. The stream banks are being sloped in a 4:1 ratio and the clay extraction area will <br />be graded, sloped, fertilized and seeded according to the recommended reclamation plan. <br />
