Fees are based upon a schedule of <br />5350.00 if the.operat:on is an open mining operation of 10 acres or more and <br />5275.00 for any other operation 10 acres or more. <br />d1so, to -crirg ~:e 7i~.--a_on up to sate as to the fining and reclamation on the <br />site, please submit a report and map (to a scale of not less than 100' to the <br />inch and not more than o`60' to the inch), indicating the phases of t.9e reclama- <br />tion elan which have been completed, correlated with the timetable.
