This <br />mine does not have a Phased reclamation plan. There were no <br />additional acres affected during this report year, and no <br />additional disturbance is anticipated for the next report year. <br />A new map is not included, as no changes have occurred since the <br />last annual report. This mine operates as an intermittent <br />operation, per the Division's approval. <br />The sufficiency of the financial warranty for the subject permit is <br />currently under review by Cotter Corporation and Mr.. Wallace <br />Erickson of the DMG office in Durango.
