A new map is attached. There was no mining activity in 1999. Mining will resume in May
2000 and continue for approximately sixty (60) days. This will involve the processing of
approximately 25,000 tons of material and the additional stockpiling of 2,000 cubic yards
of topsoil. An existing jeep trail has been re-routed outside the Pit boundary.
