Helmin:
The Division has completed the review of the latest submitted Huntington
Ditch inspection and subsidence monitoring reports. These reports were
submitted on November 17, 1986. The cover letter accompanying these reports
specified that both the third and fourth quarter reports were enclosed,
however, only the fourth quarter could be located. Please forward to
us the third quarter reports at your earliest convenience.
Based on the Division's review of the fourth quarter reports, it appears
that monitoring is being done in compliance with the approved permit.
The only issues identified were previously forwarded to you in the Division's
adequacy review letter of December 29, 1986 (pertaining to permit renewal No.
1).
Contact this office if you have any questions.
~~~
Sincerely, ,
Pew V.
