Dept. of Natural Flesource~ <br />Mining and reclamation is running fairly close to our estimated time table <br />at this time. <br />Reference is made to MLRD rules and regulations, effective July 1!378, Sec. <br />2.40 - 2.41. <br />(1) There were 4.94 acres disturbed in 1932, of this 4.94 al:res <br />there were 2.75 acres stripped and 2.19 acres mined for gravel <br />in 1982. <br />(2) There were 47,000 cubic yards of fill dirt placed in tvnl areas <br />outlined in attached map.
