I performed soil moisture content and soil density <br />test as requested by Ms. Welt of material being placed in the gob <br />pile using nuclear soil density test methods. Please refer to <br />the test results sheet for approximate test locations and test <br />results. The test results were verbally given to Ms. Kathy Welt <br />of West Elk Coal Company at the time of our site visit. The test <br />locations were determined by Ms. welt. The test results indicate <br />only the relative compaction and soil moisture content of the <br />materials tested at the elevation and location tested at the <br />time of our site visit. <br />P.O.
