Debris, organic matter, coal, etc., present in fill None visible <br />2. General gradation and characteristics of material No apparent change from <br />prior inspection. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground Scattered snow and mud. No surface <br />Water visible. <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence of water No apparent <br />change from prior inspection. <br />5, General material movement No unexpected movement evident. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points None observed, <br />7. Condition of slope fill. surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) No apparent change from prior inspection. The ground is <br />frozen due to winter conditions. <br />8. Recom mendation Continued observation and inspection of the fill slope <br />until rough grading and revegetation are concluded. <br />9.
