SLOPE STABILITY <br />INTERIM INSPECTION REPORT <br /> <br />AREA Wolf Creek Drainage Fill DATE 6/4/87 <br />71ME 2:00 p.m. WEATHER Clear, 75°-85° <br />1. Debris, organic matter, coal, etc., present in fill None visible. <br />2. General gradation and characteristics of material No apparent Change from <br />the prior inspection. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground Minor water seepage in the pit <br />bottom above the Coal Ramp #A2. The flow rate is approximately 10 g.p.m. <br />No signs of seepage at the downstream end of the underdrain. <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence of water NO apparent <br />change from the prior inspection. <br />5. General material movement NO unexpected movement 15 evident. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points Minor Seepage In the pit bottom <br />adjacent (south) of the underdrain. Water flowing down dip into the <br />rocky spoil. <br />7. Condition of slope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) No apparent change from the prior inspection. The under- <br />drain is almost comoleted. As mining progresses with the next several <br />cuts, reclamation grading can proceed on the spoil above the underdrain. <br />8.
