Permit No. M-77-526 <br />FEDERAL TA% IDS <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this <br />permit is March 28, 2002. The effective date of all information in <br />this report is March 4, 2002. Please refer to the attached Annual <br />Report Map for the location of areas discussed in this report. <br />This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS <br />operated more than 180 days this year. This 83.06 acres ± pit is <br />not a phased operation and the current bond is $70,000.00. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />(1) No new lands have been disturbed during the last year, we <br />continued to remove material stockpiled in previous years and <br />mined an additional 7.69 acres ± in the plant site area.
