TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Activity authorized under this permit shall comply with the requirements of the Montrose County Standards and Specifications for <br />Roads and Bridges, conditions imposed by the County Engineer or Designee, and applicable federal, slate and industry codes and <br />regulations. <br />2. The permitted access shalt be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit prior to being used. <br />3. Evidence of legal right to access must be provided. If this permit is part of a Subdivision, a letter-sized copy of the approved <br />subdivision shall be attached. <br />4. All construction shall be completed in an expeditious and safe manner and shall be finished within 30 days from the scheduled <br />completion date. This permit is void if not used within 12 months after application date. <br />5. The County assumes that the informatbn provided with this permit is accurate in all details. If the approved access impacts another <br />property owner's legal rights {i.e., fee title, easement, etc.) the permit may be determined null and void. <br />8 N any significant changes are made or will be made in the use of the property which will affect access operafan, traffic vdums and or <br />vehicle type, the applicant or property owner shall contad the County Engineer to determine if a new access permit and modifications <br />to the access are required. An increase in the vehicle volume to the site of twenty (20) percent or more is considered a major <br />modification and requires the applicant or property owner to contact the County Engineer as referred to above. <br />7. ey accepting the permit, the applicant agrees to save, indemnify, and hold har»less to the extern allowed by law, the County of <br />Montrose, its officers, and employees from suits, actions, claims of any type or character brought because of injuries or damages <br />sustained by any person resulting from the applicant's use of the access permit during the construction of the access. <br />8. All dimensions are based from centerline of road or as specifically noted. <br />
