11. Comments: Please see the attached moo for a visual of the following Comments. The minin
operations progressed east into Phase 2 this year. A concrete batch plant was set up northeast of
the westerly-located oil well as shown on the attached map. The slurry wall around the perimeter
of the site is being reconstructed in April-June of 2003 in order to pet a more impermeable seal for
the future reclamation of the site as water storage. Due to slurry wall work no seeding was done.
Please show the location of the acreage for items 4-6 on your map`". Indicate the phases of the reclamation which have been
completed, correlated with your timetable. For phased operations, show dates extraction ceased and dates reclamation
began.
