Furthermore, it appears that the <br />Department of Natural Resources relied on incomplete information provided <br />by Anthony Zellitti and his consultant, Matt Carnahan of South West Land <br />Services, as to ownership and, therefore, source of legal right of entry. We <br />have also visited the La Plata County Assessor's Office and the office of the <br />La Plata County Treasurer and requested appropriate changes to the tax <br />records for account R023677 to include Zellitti Properties. <br />Either by omission or for some other, as yet, unclear reason there is no <br />record of Zellitti Properties interest in the land subject to this Permit. <br />Please regard this letter as formal notification of our 25% interest in the land <br />subject to Permit # M1980246 and to any future applications pertaining to <br />this land. <br />We are attaching for your information the following documents: <br />
