(6) It appeazs that there was no impact to surface water from mining activity. <br />(7) In the analyses of surface water quality, it was noted that all three stations on the Dry <br />Fork of Minnesota Creek -upper, middle, and lower -the values reported for dissolved <br />iron were higher than the high end of the range for the baseline monitoring. No reason <br />for this higher iron value is evident. <br />(8) MCC should consider submitting a plan to seal and abandon wells that aze no longer <br />functional as monitoring wells.
