Colorado 81641 <br />Re: <br />r/~ <br />AS Well 29-78, UIC Permit No. C03858-04657 <br />Dear Kent: <br />The 7 inch short string casing on well 29-78 (C03858-04657) has failed the Mechanical <br />Integrity lest at Allowable Injection Pressure. This welt is in long term stand-by status and <br />American Soda has plugged the short string casing on this well from the cast iron bridge plug <br />which is set at 1840 ft to surface.
