..~ ~-- <br />02/13/07 <br />Fed 1 -. <br />~~~isio U ~ BUJ <br />n of <br />~inin H~cid~ <br />9andsaieY °ry. <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />EVERHART PIT <br />Permit No. M-1997-081 <br />Twenty thousand tons of gravel were crushed in the Everhart Pit in 2004; approximately <br />17,500 tons of that material was removed by the end of 2006. The material is used on <br />an as-needed basis. Pueblo County removed approximately 8,900 tons of material (pit <br />run and crushed material) from the pit in 2006. We plan on crushing 35,000 tons of <br />material in that pit in 2007. A fence has been placed between Everhart Pit and Pope's <br />No. 1 Pit so that Pope's is now completely separated from Everhart. Anew map is <br />being submitted to note the location of these items. <br />Please note that this permit is held by Pueblo County therefore no financial warranty <br />has been required. <br />
