ontained with silt fence and berms. The access road was also moved slightly nearer to <br />the unnamed drainage to facilitate mining in the west area. The ranch building in the <br />west area was also moved to the lower terrace for the landowner. <br />(2) The entire east mining area was topsoiled, seeded and mulched in 2007. See the <br />Annual Report Map. This is an area of 10.1 acres. An additional 1.36 acres was seeded <br />and mulched in 2007 that received topsoil in 2006. <br />(3) For the upcoming year, the portable crushing and screening facilities will return and <br />mining will continue in the southwest portion of the permit, which is an additional <br />disturbance of approximately 3.0 acres. <br />(4) Reclamation over the upcoming year will consist of backfilling and grading the <br />north slopes of the west mining area, followed by topsoiling of these areas.
