The water level in the old Apex 111 mine, which has been <br />abandoned for several years, has stabilized at about the 7355' <br />structural contour on the lower Pinnacle seam. <br />All future mining operations covered by this permit appli- <br />cation will be conducted at absolute elevations above 7300'. <br />A water sample was to from the sum of the A ex 112 <br />Sine on 2 August and analyzed by the Southeastern Colo- <br />ra~icultural Laboratories.
