Our review indicates all required monitoring was conducted, and results are consistent
with predictions of the probable hydrologic consequences (PHC) made in the approved permit
application package.
The PHC predicts that any mine related impacts to groundwater will be so insignificant as to
not be detectable. Monitoring, to date, supports that prediction, with all parameters at all sites
consistently within the historic baseline range.
Should you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
GC:cpil
Susan L Burgmal r
Environmental Protection Specialist
s~s~EZOZ9c
