<br /> <br />Energy Fuels Cosl, Inc. <br />Southfield Mine <br />1991 ANNUAL HYDROLOGY REPORT <br />]NTRODUCTION <br />This report presents annual inflows, discharges and consumption of water within the mine, and <br />additional hydrologic information collected during the July 1, 1991 through June 30, 1992 reporting period <br />in accordance with Stipulation No. 6 of the approved permit application. This report also presents a review <br />and summary of data collected as required by Southfield's quarterly surface and groundwater monitoring <br />program. <br />Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. (EFCI) operates the Southfield Mine located approximately eight miles <br />South of Florence, Colorado (refer to Figure 1). EFCI operated the mine and associated preparation plant <br />and coal loedout on a continuous basis during the period of this report. <br />Water monitoring records utilized in this report were collected by EFCI mine personnel, and by the <br />previous operator, Dorchester Coal Company. The data wllected under the approved monitoring program <br />includes quantity and quality of mine inflows and discharges to streams; streamflow measurements and <br />quality; and groundwater well levels and quality. <br />• <br />
