All <br />mining in Phase 1B has been completed and reclamation is in progress. <br />Permanent wetlands aze developing in Phase lA, Phase 1B, and Phase 1C. We will not <br />disturb the creek and adjoining wetlands in the north end of these phases at this time. <br />The sand plant and crusher have been moved to Phase 2 as indicated. <br />Ground water monitoring wells aze in place up gradient of the property as shown on <br />Exhibit C-2.
