Long <br />Division D~ieclor <br />Rule 2.04.13(1): By February 15, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond The report <br />shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps which address: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with the approved vaziance of submission of the report by <br />the end of February (Permit, page 117). The report was submitted and received at the Division on <br />February 28, 2000. The report includes text, discussion and maps as described below. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and nddress of the permittee and permit number; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The name, Coors Energy Company, appears on the title <br />page and page 1 of the report, The permit number, C-81-028 appeazs on page 1. The address appears <br />on the title page. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed diving that year; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. No acres were disturbed during the year (report, page <br />114). <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres bac>~lled and graded during that year; <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. Backfill during 1999 at the Keenesburg Mine consisted <br />of 39,139 tons of flyash (report, page 82), 1,828 tons of mine waste rock (report, page 83), and <br />13,760 bank cubic yards of spoil (6,680 + 7,080, report, page 117) The location of mine waste rock <br />is shown on ESFM00 dated 2/2000 of the report. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(d): Location and member acres topsoiled daring [hat year; <br />
