Disturbance at this site in 1992 consisted of the reclamation
of all sediment structures caithin the permitted area. This
was granted by our submittal, and the State's acceptance, of
TR-12. This coas completed in February 1992 and seeded caith
the approved seed mix as follows:

Because of an error by the seeding contractor, or the seed
supplier, the woody plant seed was applied at bulk rate in
February. The seeding contractor agreed to overseed the
15 acres in the spring of 1993. This will be done with the
shrub seed only, at recommended Pls rate.
The mine caas reclaimed in its entirety, with the exception of
the sediment structures, in 1989. Phase I bond release coas
granted on November 19, 1990. TR-12 granted the removal of
